SHIPPING POLICY

Australia, New Zealand, USA + Canada Orders:

Free Standard Shipping on all orders from Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada over $40. Orders under $40 will have a fee of $9.95 for Standard Delivery. Delivery time varies on the product you are purchasing. Some of our products (Bodysuits + Accessories) are stocked in our Australian warehouse, however some of our items are sourced from manufacturers all over the world. The reason we source from them, is to bring you the most competitive prices.

You may receive part of your order because we work with multiple wholesalers and manufacturers from all over the world. Due to this, it may take between 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your item is dispatched, it will typically take 10-20 business days (Monday-Friday). Please make sure you are happy with this before ordering.

*If you would like Express Post Delivery - we use DHL services and it takes 3-6 business days after dispatching your order for a flat rate of $40.

Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations and JAYLU is not responsible for delay or lost in transits caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. If you have not received your package within 30 business days, please email us at info@jaylufashion.com and we will look into this matter immediately.

If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hrs of placing your order, because we are dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly we are unable to cancel the order outside of this time-frame as it may already be on its way to you. Please note that if you cancel out of the 1 day time-frame, you will issued a store credit. Afterpay orders are strictly non-refundable. We do not ship to PO Boxes and that custom fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Overnight Shipping is avaliable to items listed in the 'Overnight Shipping' Collection. Items are avaliable for FREE Express Shipping for Australian orders over $40. Subject to availability. Please note that Overnight Shipping is only avaliable to Australian orders that are placed before 12PM (AEST) with zip codes that adhere to Australia Post via their 'Next Business Day Delivery Guarantee.' Orders with zip codes out of the zones will take 2 business days to be delivered. RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only which is valid for 12 months. To make a return, please download and print the form below and send it back with your items, otherwise there may be a major delay in processing your return.

In order to be eligible for a return:

  • Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • You may post your return back to us within 14 days of receiving your items.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage
  • If you post your return after the 14 days, you may be charged a late return fee of $10

Bodysuits & Accessories:

Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for bodysuits or accessories for a change of mind. Please follow the size guide specific to the item when ordering. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.  

 

RETURN FORM:

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a difference size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you a store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements above.

*Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your order. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

 

FAULTY RETURNS

The team at JAYLU does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped out to our customers. If you believe that you have not received your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image displayed online, please email info@jaylufashion.com. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior to the description and photographic evidence of the fault. Once approved, we will send you a returns form to fill out and a prepaid postage slip to send your garment back to us. (applicable to only Australian orders within 20 days of purchase). Please note: It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colours on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected is considered normal practice as garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of colour under different light and medium. Colours as shown on the website may vary from the actual colours of the garments as the process of photography involves a lot of transitions and changes.

 

International customers - If you believe that you have not received your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image displayed online, please email info@jaylufashion.com. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior to the description and photographic evidence of the fault. Once approved, we will send you a returns form to fill out to send your garment back to us. We also request that you include the postage receipt with your returned package. This will allow us to reimburse you for the returned shipping cost. Failing to include the postage receipt will unfortunately disallow us to reimburse you. Please note that the return shipping cost can only be reimbursed with an online credit for JAYLU. (applicable to international orders within 30 days of purchase). Please note: It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colours on an outfit as seen on your monitor.
